You will thrive for the Unit's cost optimization & margin growth in coordination with the Snr. Wholesale Manager, negotiating the prices of A2P SMS for destinations around the World, executing your work with methodology and initiative!
Principais responsabilidades
We are looking for someone organized, with good people skills, a strong analytical mind and attention to detail, to join our Wholesale Business Unit HQ in Lisbon.
You will be reporting to the Wholesale Business Unit Director and contributing to the optimization of our margins and quality of our routes through your energy and commitment.
We welcome your creativity and business acumen to propose new ideas that can lead to new processes, IT tools, product opportunities and revenue streams.
- Developing & implementing the defined commercial strategy on the cost side;
- Negotiating with the sales teams of other providers to ensure the routing for all Go4 Mobility's SMS and Voice traffic has the best price and connection quality, and to manage bilateral deals and pricing approvals that improve our margin;
- Test and measure the route quality for each country in the prioritized regions in coordination with the Technical Teams to ensure the defined quality KPIs;
- Use your creativity, professional experience and business acumen to propose new processes, tools or initiatives that deliver cost optimization and margin growth;
- Understand our brand strategy and ensure its values are met with your internal and external customers.
Perfil desejado
- Bachelor's degree required preferably in Economics, Business Management or any other area with an analytical, commercial or financial background;
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in wholesale routing in an SMS Aggregator, preferably outside Portugal;
- Excellent understanding of the Telecommunications ecosystem in the areas of A2P SMS, Long Numbers, Short Codes, or interconnection in general;
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in A2P SMS routing;
- Capacity of initiative, working with a high level of autonomy, result oriented, organized and careful with details;
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage with people from around the World;
- Clear understanding of financial metrics and business margin control;
- Fluency in English and basic level of Portuguese is required;
- Positive and problem-solving mindset.
BONUS REQUIREMENTS / DIFFERENTIATOR FACTORS
- International experience with a SMS Aggregator;
- Solid experience in the Telecommunication industry either on Mobile Network Operators or Voice Telecom Carriers;
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish;
- Extended professional network in the Wholesale A2P SMS and Voice industry.
