Description

• Responsible for the management of all personnel
• Reach and improve customer KPIs
• Manage and develop customer accounts
• Manage the P&L of Northern Portugal
• Contribute to the business development of European bread accounts
• Responsible for the security and confidentiality of operations

Profile

• +7 years of experience in the Customer Service/Sales sector
• Understanding of the Telecommunications strucutures and market
• Experience in high volume team management
• Portuguese native, English fluent and notions of French (optional)
