A multinational company is looking for a Senior General Ledger Accountant to join their Shared Service Center.

Description

• Support the implementation of the strategy for the department;
• Accompany and ensure that the business plan is implemented in its operational area;
• Monitor activity tracking KPIs and what is needed to improve these;
• Identify and implement improvement processes with a focus on quality, efficiency and cost
• Ensure that the central directives, policies and procedures are followed with by its team;
• Evaluate and develop the skills and knowledge of the employees' team and ensure the follow-up of their work;
• Support the operational team on issues of greater technicality and complexity.

Profile

• Strong analytical and communication skills;
• Good teamwork skills;
• Customer oriented;
• Degree or Master Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting;
• 6 years experience in similar areas of business (preferably in a Shared Service);
• Domain of MS Office tools, SAP or other ERP;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
