Our client is looking to hire a SAP Business Analyst. Your role will be to manage an operational business application domain worldwide and ensure alignment with the company's requirements.

Description

• Provide technical expertise for Supply Chain domain
• Adapt business requirements into technical specifications
• Customize technical solutions or coordinate developments with third parties
• Participate to projects on time, quality and costs
• Maintain solutions sustainability and availability in its functional domain
• Control solutions quality of services, act accordingly to insure SLA fulfillment, even though Third party
• Monitor and verify the quality of incident resolutions, corrective and preventive maintenance provided by Third parties

• Be the SAP SCM expert for the company being able to :

  • Customize every sub-module (MM-IM, SD-LE- HUM-PACK …)
  • Challenge the business request against the SAP Best practice
• Understand the integration between SAP SCM Modules (MM-SD-HUM-WM) with Manufacturing and Finance modules
• Understand integration with other applications on the global landscape (Planning, EDI, MES, …)
• Prepare Functional Specifications for development
• Have the ability to validate technical specifications elaborated by developers
• Participate in the general design phase to propose the SAP best practice according to the business needs and target process
• Make & Realize the detailed design and fill the documentation associated (i.e.: functional specification)
• Assist developer if needed
• Make the Unit testing of projects
• Make the Key users training
• Assist End users from the User Acceptance test to the support post go-live (i.e: cut-over, resolve incidents on the warranty period)
• Do reversibility to SAP Competency Center

• Methodology required:

  • Planning proposal and organization for the realization, unit test and UAT phases
  • Follow up of development, actions plans,
• Communicate and alert of issues
• Analyze the High incident requiring change request (Daily incident and End-user support is made by the SAP Competency Center)

Profile

• Bachelor/Master degree in Business School, Engineering School, computer science or equivalent

• At least 5 years of experience in the specific SAP module or in the specific operation business
