PPTL- Plant Program Launch Team Leader - This person will work together with Designers, Product Engineers and Trainees in a total of 12 elements.

Principais responsabilidades

- Lead and participate in projects in the industrialization phase, and manage schedule and capacity for parts production;

- Implementation of the production of new products/projects in a production plan;

- Plan, receive and validate/optimize assembly devices, tolls and equipment's;

- Participate in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) process analysis;

- Follow-up targets for the KPI`S and work packages of products and process development;

- Support the launch of new products;

- Introduce the product know-how to the program core team, becoming the link between Division, Project Manager and Plant;

- Assure all objectives in terms of costs, deliveries and quality for new projects to launch;

- Responsible for all new projects accuracy data (BOM`s, Routings, Drawings,….).

Perfil desejado

- University level degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemistry, Production Management), or others related;

- Minimum 2 - 3 years in a similar position within an industrial environment;

- Knowledge and experience in Project Management Process;

- Experience in Advanced Project Quality Management (APQP);

- Experience in SAP (preferencial);

- Excellent organizational, customer service and multi-tasking skills;

- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;

- Proficient level of English, French will be a plus.
