Principais responsabilidades

* Work with clients and the R&D team in the development of new products;

* Develop Packaging Concepts that fit the project's brief in coordination with the finalized products or materials so that the product is compatible

* Work closely with the operations team during all developmental phases, making sure the packaging is as efficient and functional and fits the manufacturing process

* Conduct packaging research for new packaging solutions

* Conduct packaging studies concerning packaging sustainability and work on the company's program for packaging sustainability

* Create and manage packaging specification and ensure are compliant with manufacturing requirements

* Interface with suppliers of packaging

* Propose new solutions to reduce cost of products

* Balance multiple project priorities, apply practicality, assure flexibility

Perfil desejado

* Degree in engineering, packaging science or another relevant field

* 3-5 year of relevant experience in a similar role is required

* Experience with basic design software CAD, Adobe

* Good level of English written and spoken

* Good written and verbal communication skills

* Creative and problem solver

* Technical minded

* Strong organizational skills; ability to manage many tasks or projects in a fast-moving environment

* Capable of independent action; take initiative

* Ability to work well in a team

* Capacity to manage high stress situations

* Attention to detail
