Spring Professional is hiring for its international client, who is the largest online platform of accommodation booking, a My Account Product Owner (M/F), for Porto.

Your Responsibilities:

• Understand Hostelworld's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry

• Establish a shared vision and set goals and objectives for your Product area

• Demonstrate outstanding analytical ability in a data driven environment

• Own and be accountable for the metrics for your area, specifically KPI's, roadmap prioritization and decision making

• Aggregate and analyze feedback to support future product initiatives, and solve ongoing issues

• Be an expert in all aspects of the products you manage including competitive analysis, market insight, roadmap development, usability testing, product marketing pre and post launch

• You will partner with a Tech Lead and Product Designer in defining, shaping and delivering an exceptional homepage experience

• Work with the marketing & global market teams to define and shape the go to market strategy for the product and any new features.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience as a product owner

• You will be customer focused, considering what the right prioritization goals are to drive usage of your products

• You will be data driven with a commercial mindset, basing your decisions on analysis rather than opinion

• You will have experience with A/B Testing and understand how to put hypothesis together for testing

• You will be passionate about product development, constantly striving for new and innovate ways to improve your products

• You will be self-motivated and results driven, taking full ownership of your products

• You will have experience working within Agile & Scrum development environments
