Marketing & Communication Manager(m/f)


We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Communications Manager who will plan, lead, and execute marketing and lead generation efforts including strategy, execution and optimization of performance across all digital channels - content marketing, SEM, CRM, email marketing, retargeting, social and online advertising campaigns.
You will play an integral role in actionizing our communications strategy and annual plan, ensuring steady flow of communications on relevant topics through multiple channels. You help develop our communications process and create content and collaterals for brand and products. You plan, implement and track digital campaigns to increase awareness among targeted audiences. You plan and coordinate activities with product group, training, sales and marketing team to deliver coherent communications with an impact. You can also have other duties and responsibilities depending on your background and interests.
Campaign management

Plan, implement and track digital advertising and email marketing campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance, provide insights and recommendations, identify non-performing areas and suggest next steps to rectify
Participate in launch and activation of New Product Releases

Content production

Plan, research, write, brief, proof-read, edit and maintain content and marketing materials, such as user stories, press releases, news, blog articles, fact sheets, slide decks, leaflets, newsletters, web content and social media updates. Ensure brand alignment on all deliverables
Localize global marketing messaging, content and assets

Planning / Finance

Develop and implement short to mid-term activity plans based on the annual plan and objectives
Provide monthly reports on campaign / tactics performance
Contribute to annual planning, budgeting and budget monitoring
Ensure on-time and within budget delivery of planned activities

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Good writing skills, excellent written and spoken English
Competence and track record in designing, executing, tracking and optimizing digital advertising campaigns and SEO
Understanding of / experience in developing key processes and standard work practices
Understanding of / experience in channel marketing and partner ecosystems
Self-starter, hands-on and results -driven. Ability plan and prioritize own work efficiently.
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business or related area.
5+ years of overall work experience with 1-3 years of experience in running digital campaigns and communications, preferably in an B2B applications.
Experience in Healthcare sector
