As Industrial Engineer you will be responsible for driving productivity and process improvements in
manufacturing. This is an important position, where innovative thinking and sound engineering
principles must be applied to drive continuous improvement on the production area in processes
related to planning, preparation and production of sample and special projects. Is expected that
the Industrial Engineer optimizes processes getting more efficiency of the machines, pursuing and
incorporating innovation and flexibility in production.

Perfil desejado

• Master degree in Industrial, Production or Mechanical Engineering area;
• 3 - 5 years industrial environment experience;
• Leadership and communication skills;
• Engineering and machinery oriented - layout, efficiency, automation etc;
• Innovative thinking, sound engineering principles, and continuous improvement tools and methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma principles;
• Project Management is a plus;
• Open minded and willing to learn;
• Fluent in English;
• Available to travel.
