Our client is a multinational company that is currently looking for a General Ledger to reinforce it's Shared Service Center.

Principais responsabilidades

• Perform monthly closing of Accounts Payable and Receivable areas;
• Prepare journal and load into Oracle;
• Checking for completeness of the posting;
• Analyse the accounts movements and propose period end adjustment entries;
• Reconciliation of accounts on monthly basis;
• Upload accounting figures into HFM consolidation tool;
• Owner to open and close the period in Oracle;
• Generate standard set of report, e.g. financial statement;
• Generate additional requested reports;
• Prepare reports for management;
• Support the country local finance with Audit reports required;
• Support tax filing for the country assigned;
• Support the other team members with financial transitions into centre;
• Assist in ad hoc reports and projects as required by Head of Reginal Finance Shared Services Centre or European Project managers.

Perfil desejado

• Academic accounting degree (or similar) or professional qualification;
• 2-5 years of working experience in this area;
• Minimum of 2 years working in Shared services Environment;
• Participation in transition of finance activities into a shared services environment will be an advantage;
• Certified Accountant (registered in OTOC) will be an advantage;
• Experience in using Excel, Power Point and Word;
• Analytical / problem solver;
• Experience in Oracle Finance system will be an advantage.
