Profile: * Bachelor's Degree Statistics, Mathematic or similar; * Digital Business, Big data or data management Studies is Preferred; * 6+ years experience of digital mobile performance marketing with a focus on user retention, covering both CRM and retargeting (web experience is a plus); * Expert of the mobile marketing ecosystem and professional understanding of loyalty, and rewards; * The data-driven mindset with a focus on real-time performance optimization, with an ability to organize and crunch data, interpret metrics and identify trends; * Extensive knowledge of Salesforce, Google TagManager and FB Ads are a plus; * Also valuable Braze, Remerge, Adikteev and Jampp; * Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment - balancing intense attention to detail with swift turnaround while working in a collaborative, positive manner; * +6 years of experience on digital mobile/web performance marketing with a focus on user retention, covering both CRM and retargeting (web experience is a plus) and growth marketing experience delivering highly successful growth, user acquisition and engagement strategies, with a focus on user acquisition and retention, analyzing digital data, developing reporting and visualizing insights for one or more business functions (marketing, product, sales, customer support, etc.)
Responsabilities: * Leadership of company's customer online acquisition and retention initiatives. The candidate will define efforts to minimize churn rate, strategically re-engage with prior customers and improve online/digital acquisition * Product Owner of "Salesforce Marketing Cloud' and "Salesforce Social Studio'; * Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of marketing spend within budget; manage budget forecast and variance explanations; * Define key performance indicators and drive user acquisition for both pour core product as well as cross-selling of additional products (Maintenance services, Prosumers, Efficiency services...); * Drive campaign conversion optimization testing, by experimenting with creatives, ad copy, bids, and audience segmentation across several retargeting platforms; * Holds responsibility for the digital customer acquisition activities and helps to execute the development and delivery of marketing strategy; * Design, creation, and execution of growth initiatives to identify ideal pricing and commissions strategy, cost to acquire customers and key aspects of the value proposition and target segments with which to emphasize them; * Based on learnings from in-market tests offline and online, development and implementation of marketing & brand strategy - including positioning, messaging, campaigns, events, digital marketing, content and earned media * friction from signup to the first invoice; * Work side-by-side by with Sales department, Call Center, Franchises, Engineering, Data Science and Design to develop amazing experiences for our customers and drive massive efficiencies for our business model; * Work together with the responsible for the content/editorial calendar and social media presence that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, infographics, etc.); * Stay atop the latest trends, CRM best practices, Ad platforms, Ad formats, bidding methodologies and processes related to digital retention marketing
