The CFO will be responsible for managing and running all the finance activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, cash, legal and tax management, insurance and environmental questions. The CFO will be managing the accounting team of 3 people and supervise the plant cost controller.
Description
- Provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
- Collaborate with external auditors and lawyers, to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
- Provide strategic recommendations to the Plant Manager and members of the executive management team
- Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
- Advise on long-term business and financial planning
- Establish and develop relations with group management and external partners and stakeholders
- Manage cash flow process and forecast
- Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends and financial forecasts
- Review all formal finance, tax, HR and IT related procedures
Profile
- Degree in Business Management, Economics, or similar area
- 10 years' experience in the finance/tax areas
- Strong leadership skills, with previous experience managing a financial team
- English or French fluency
- High autonomy and results-driven
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
